Personal Info,
Photo, Logos, and Signatures
Basic details for your account can be
entered in the “Personal Info, Photo, Logo, and Signatures” section of the
Options Tab. The information entered here will be used throughout the BNTouch
CRM to populate various fields, marketing, and communication. This section is
divided into four sub-tabs.

Personal Info
The first sub-tab, “Personal Info,”
contains basic contact and reference information for your account. Text can be
entered into the various fields, including your name and title, phone and email contacts, NMLS number, social media links,
and office contact information. To the right of most fields, contained within
hashtag signs, are meta-tags. When these tags are used elsewhere in the BNTouch
CRM, the corresponding data will automatically be inserted in their place.
Below your name and title, you can use
the “Change Password” link to modify the password for the username listed for
your account.

At the bottom of the page, you can enter
different email addresses for Daily Digest and Alert/Reminder emails. Using the
drop-down menus, you can choose whether you want marketing steps marked “Self”
to be sent to you and which email to have them sent to.
When finished, click “Update Information”
to save what you have entered.

Photo & Logo
Upload
In the “Photo & Logo Upload” sub-tab,
you can upload custom images to represent you in your communication and
marketing. Use the “Choose File” button to find a JPG image file that is less
than 273kb on your computer, then click “Open” to upload it. You can upload a
higher-resolution version of your photo and logo for use in print materials in
the “Print Quality” options. The normal-resolution options will display here,
and the print-quality options can be checked by clicking “Click here to
Preview.”

When finished, click “Upload Images” to
save any changes.
Company
Information
The “Company Information” sub-tab will
show your BNTouch company account information. These fields can only be
modified by an administrator account. If you are currently logged in as an
administrator, the “Click here” link at the top of the page will take you
directly to the “Company
Information” tab of your Administration module.

Personal
Signature
A customized default signature can be
configured for emails and in-system communication in the “Personal Signature” sub-tab.
This signature can include meta-tags to pull information from elsewhere in your
CRM, and HTML code can be used as well.
“Social Icons” can be added or removed
using the drop-down menus to provide links to your social media platforms in
your signature.
When finished, click “Update Signatures”
to save any changes.
