Dashboard – Quick View
Using the Quick
View Sub-Tab in your Dashboard
Your BNTouch Dashboard is organized into
several sub-tabs, each containing useful tools and information.
The first sub-tab, “Quick View,” allows
you to search through your records. This is a great way to jump to the file of
a specific client or partner.
Here, you can use the drop-down menus at
the top of the list to filter records by their record type, status in the
marketing sequence pipeline, group, and age. “Show only New” will only display
records that nobody in your office has opened yet. The “Users” menu can be used
to show only clients that are assigned to individual CRM users.
Records matching your criteria will list
below, and you can open any record by clicking the “Name” link to the left. Contact
information for each record will display in a row to the right, as well as the
date and time the record was added to your CRM.
The “Last Tracker Time” column will show
when the most recent event was added to that record’s Tracker. The last five
events from that record will be represented by colored boxes to the right,
which you can hover over to see details about those events. New events can be
added directly to that record’s tracker from here in the dashboard using the “Add
Tracker” link to the far right.
The “Actions” links to the right can be
used to communicate with the contact via email, pre-recorded video, new video, SMS
text message, or mailed postcard.
