Options – Predefined Templates

Emails sent from your BNTouch CRM are personalized for you and your office using Templates, which can be selected and customized in the Options tab under “Predefined Templates.” Instead of using a plain, text-only email, using a template will automatically include your contact information, photo, logo, and more.

Several templates will display here, and you can view a larger example by hovering over the picture for each template. The “Select Template” button will set the chosen template as your default template. “Import to Templates” will add that template to the “Templates” section of your Marketing tab, where you can apply that design to the steps of your campaigns.

Below the template examples, the “Default Email Template” menu can be used to select from any templates you have “imported” above. You can also select different templates for use in Birthday emails that those you use in other marketing communication. The basic layout for any selected template can be seen by clicking the “View” link to the right.

When finished, click “Save Changes” to update your chosen templates.
