Account Usage
An important part of account security in
BNTouch is knowing what your users are doing in your CRM. To stay aware of
usage statistics in your account, you can always check the Usage Tab of the
Administration menu. In the User Menu in the upper-right corner of the screen,
click “Administration,” then open the “Usage” tab. Only administrative users
can access this area of the CRM; please contact your administrator if you need
help and do not have access.

Account Usage List
Here, you’ll see a list of all users for
your BNTouch account sorted by user group. You can filter this list and view
only specific user groups using the drop-down menu above. Any users in the
checked groups will display when you click the “Show” button.

For each user, account usage information
will be listed in rows below, including when the user account was created, when
it last logged into the CRM, and when it last synced
data. If the user has logged into the BNTouch Mobile App with their account or
has Safe Mode enabled for their marketing campaigns, you’ll see a green
indicator; otherwise, the text will be listed in red. To the right, you can see
a summary of CRM data linked with that user account, include the number of
total and actively running campaigns; campaign steps sent out; records in the
Mortgages, Partnerships, and Recruiting tabs; visits and applications from
Borrower and Partner Portals, and an “Activity Score” with a relative activity
level out of 100.
Below each user group container, average
group statistics will be calculated and displayed. Hovering over a group’s
Activity Score will show a breakdown of the activity level of each member of
the group.
