Notifications
The “Alerts & Notifications” section
of the Options tab can be used to manage reminders sent to you from your
BNTouch CRM.

“Refinance Alerts” can be configured to
alert you if loans in your records meet specific requirements. These include
the days in advance of prepayment expiration, the age of the loan (in years),
how far the loan rate is from the current rate, and the months in advance of
ARM fixed-period expiration. Below, the fixed and ARM rates can be noted.
“Email Reminders” can be sent for several
events in your CRM, including idle time, tasks, and assigned records. You can
also receive regular digest reports for tasks and reminders, in-processing
loans, pending documents, and marketing status. If you prefer, inactivity
reminders can be sent to your cell phone as an SMS message. To change the email
address or phone number for these notifications, click the blue links to update
your personal information.

“Client Reminders” can be sent to
periodically remind clients to submit documents that you have requested. These
reminders will be sent automatically according to the set interval after you
have sent the document request.
After changing any of these values, be
sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen.
