User Notification in BNTouch

Each user in your BNTouch account needs to stay on top of the information, tasks, campaigns, and reports in your CRM. To make this as easy as possible, you can configure each user to receive automatic email notifications for several items and events in your CRM. In the User Menu in the upper-right corner of the screen, click “Administration,” then open the “Notifications” tab. Only administrative users can access this area of the CRM; please contact your administrator if you need help and do not have access.

User Notification Preferences List

Here, you’ll see a list of all users for your BNTouch account sorted by name. For each user, options for the types of email reports they will receive will appear to the right. Any reports that have “Yes” selected from the drop-down menu for a user will be automatically sent to that user.

The Daily Digest is a reminder email that is sent to selected users each morning. It includes that user’s tasks, To-do items, missed tasks, marketing campaigns, and client birthdays for the upcoming day.

The Extended Processing Report is another daily email that will list the user’s In-Processing transactions. It includes the processing stage for each transaction, the number of days each transaction has been in the current stage, the loan amount, rate, lock expiration date, and any customized In-processing fields. You can see an example of this report by clicking the question mark next to the column header.

The Marketing Status Report will show the number of steps executed for that user’s marketing campaigns for the day. Each campaign will appear in a column and show how many steps were executed for that particular campaign.

If you enable Email Alerts, the user will receive an alert via email if for each in-system notification, including tasks, alerts, and the like.

Idle Alert Emails allow a user to receive an email for system notifications whenever they are idle for more than a noted number of minutes. Instead of a drop-down menu, this notification option will have a field; enter the number of minutes a user must be idle before an email alert should be sent in this field. If this field is set to zero, the user will receive an email for each system notification regardless of idle time.

If you make any changes to the menus on this list, they will only be saved if you click the “Update Information” button below.
