Options – Bulk Email Opt-Out

If you have a list of clients that do not wish to receive email marketing, you can easily import that list into your BNTouch CRM to prevent unwanted communication. In the Options Tab, click the “Bulk Email Opt-Out” link.

First, make sure that the list you want to upload is in a “.CSV” file on your computer. Use the “Choose File” button at the top of the page to search your computer for the document. You can also add email addresses to the opt-out list by typing them in the box below. When ready, click the “Process Emails” button to add the email addresses in the selected file and the text box to your opt-out list.
