Dashboard – Campaigns
Using the Campaigns
Sub-Tab in your Dashboard
Your BNTouch Dashboard is organized into
several sub-tabs, each containing useful tools and information.
The “Campaigns” sub-tab will show a
summary of your current, pending, and recent marketing campaigns.

At the top of this sub-tab, you will see
an overview display of your recently completed campaigns, including statistics
for how many campaigns were completed in the last day, week, month, and year.
To the right, you can also see values for campaigns that will be completing in
the next day and week.
The “Pending Campaigns” list will show
any campaigns that have triggered and are ready to be sent upon your
confirmation. This list can be updated using the button above, and campaigns
can be canceled from the list using the checkboxes to the left and the “Cancel
Selected” button.
You can preview a campaign by clicking
the blue “Campaign Name” link. The next step in each campaign will display
below, along with the step’s target and method to the right. You can also see
how many client or partner records have triggered that step in the “Qty” box.
Campaign steps can also be sent directly
from this panel using the “Actions” column; in this way, emails can be sent
while still in “Safe Mode.” The action you can take for each campaign will
depend on the step method, including options to Send Emails, Printing Letters
and Labels for physical mail marketing, Task creation, SMS text message
sending, CRM record field Updating, Push Notifications for mobile app users, MS
Word Document creation, Document Request submission for Loan and Partner
Portals, and more. Clicking the yellow link will let you process each action,
and the red “Cancel” link can be used to skip that step for those records.
