Third-Party Integration in BNTouch

BNTouch offers many helpful tools and services for your mortgage business, but we also work to integrate with other companies and programs to facilitate your needs. In the “Third-Party Integrations” section of the Options Tab, you can easily setup and manage the connections between your BNTouch CRM and other services.

If you use Zillow for viewing and searching home information, you can connect your account to automatically send comparative listings, property averages, and more details about homes to your clients. Use your personal and company “ZWSID” in the fields below, then click “Save Changes” to connect the accounts. If you aren’t sure of your “ZWSID,” click the link.

Phoneburner

The PhoneBurner Module can be used to automatically make calls, leave pre-recorded messages, and update your CRM tracker as events. In order to use this service in your BNTouch CRM, you will either need to create an account with PhoneBurner on their website or contact BNTouch support to set up a billing account for you. To do so, open the User Menu in the upper-right corner of your screen and click “Submit a Ticket”.

If you have activated this service, your account can be logged out of PhoneBurner from here. When a set of records is launched from BNTouch to PhoneBurner, a prompt will allow you to log into the service.

If you use LendingPad to originate loans online, you can connect your account to create those loans from within BNTouch. You will need to enter your Company Key and Campaign ID; these can be found by contacting your LendingPad representative. Use the radio button above to enable or disable the ability to sync information to your LOS with a button. Lastly, if you have multiple user accounts with BNTouch, you can set unique LendingPad Campaign IDs for each by clicking the “Set User-Specific Campaign IDs” link.
