Configuring Portal Settings in BNTouch

Your BNTouch CRM helps you with your mortgage business online through your internet browser. This isn’t limited to just you, however. You can give your mortgage partners each a unique website to manage properties and collect leads, and even your borrowers can use Loan Portals to communicate with you and complete their loan application. These portals have plenty of features and tools to make the mortgage process easier for everyone involved, and you have the ability to configure what options each client or partner has available in their portal site.

This article focuses specifically on the preferences and settings available for Portals in the Options Tab of your CRM. To learn more about each type of portal and how to use them, please watch our “Loan Portals” and “Partner Portals” training videos.

Borrowers can then log in using any of these three options.

Below, you can choose which of the available sections will appear in your client’s portals. For each page in the portal, you can configure details like the Loan Status indicators to show, which participating partners to list, and what page to open by default. Lastly, you can choose to hide your cell phone contact information from the “Contact” button in the portal if you would prefer to only receive messages in your CRM.

When you are finished editing any of these options, be sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
