Interacting with
Maia in the BNTouch Mobile App
The BNTouch Mobile App makes your work
more convenient than ever, but what if it could be made even easier? This is
possible with Maia, your Mortgage AI Assistant. Maia works to provide help for
your mortgage business—whether in the office or on the road. She can help you
find information from your CRM, set up appointments and reminders, send
messages to clients and partners, and more.

In the BNTouch Mobile App, you can talk
to Maia almost anywhere simply by tapping the ‘Robot’ icon in the upper-right
corner of any page. If you can’t find this icon, simply swipe from left to
right to open the menu, where her icon can be found near the top. Whenever you
tap Maia’s icon, a new chat log will display. This won’t lose your place if you
were working on a partner’s contact information or reviewing client documents;
you can return to whatever screen you were viewing before by tapping the “X”
button in the upper-left corner.

How do I talk to
Maia?
When you open a chat with Maia, you can
enter questions, commands, or search queries using the text field below. You
can talk to her like any other assistant or simply note what you are looking
for. For example, she will respond to “Can you show me my tasks for today?”,
“list my tasks for Monday”, and “today’s tasks” by listing any matching tasks
in your calendar.
If you have Google Assistant or Siri
activated for your mobile device, you can tap the ‘Microphone’ icon in the
lower-right corner and speak to Maia instead of typing a request. However you
enter your commands, just tap the paper airplane icon to the right of the
question box to send it to Maia.
When Maia gets your requests, she will
try to find matching data for your query or create the items you asked for. In
many cases, she will list records, tasks, or other sets of information that
match your request. For these responses, she will explain what she looked for,
then provide each matching item in a numbered list. For records and other CRM
events, she’ll provide a blue link to any matching data. You can tap these
links to be taken to that element in your BNTouch app.

What can Maia
do?
Maia knows the BNTouch CRM inside and
out, so she can find information for you, create reminders, tasks, and reports,
or send messages, emails, and campaigns on your behalf. She can also help you
find your way around the CRM and answer questions about the mortgage industry
in general.
