Easily Satisfy
Compliance Requests with the BNTouch Compliance Module
Marketing departments for all types of
industries are held to specific standards in order to
protect consumers, and every mortgage company needs to have a plan about how to
meet these requirements. If your business needs to prove that it meets
marketing compliance standards, you don’t need to worry or panic—The BNTouch
Compliance Module is designed to make this process as simple and quick as
possible. Generating a complete archive of all marketing materials you have
available for your clients will only take you moments and a few clicks of your
mouse.
Accessing the
Compliance Module
The BNTouch Compliance Module is a free
module without any extra monthly cost and is enabled by default for new
accounts. If you are an administrator for your account, you will see an extra
option in your Options Tab titled “Compliance Module”. If you do not see this
link in the “Options” column of your Options Tab, please contact your
administrator for help.

Generating a
Compliance Report
The first option you will see when opening
the Compliance Module is a choice for which users to include in the marketing
archive. If you choose “All Users”, all current marketing materials for your
account will be included in the report regardless of the user that created it.
If you wish to generate a compliance report for the marketing material of a
specific branch or team in your company, you can choose one of the latter
options. You will then be able to select from the user groups and teams that
you have set in the “User Groups” area of your user menu. You can select
multiple branches or teams to include in the report by checking the
corresponding boxes to the left and clicking “Continue”.

Next, you will have the option to include
or omit certain elements from the report. If you want to include campaigns that
were made by the ‘master’ user in your company, check the “Include campaigns
that were created by corporate accounts” option. Otherwise, only campaigns that
were created by non-administrative users will be included.
You can also choose whether marketing
templates will be included in the report or not. Checking this box will include
all templates in the “Templates” section of the Marketing Tab with the “Letter”
type that were created by the selected users.
Once you have selected the options to
include, click the “Generate Zip File with Content” button to proceed. You can
then download the file using the “Download Archive File” button or select new
archive criteria by clicking “Start Again”. When you download the report, you
will choose a location on your computer to save the compressed “.zip” folder. Once
saved, you can then send the file to requesting authority.
