Reports > Extended Tracker Report

This report shows all activity in your account. For example: You can view a list of all campaign steps that went out or all phone calls logged in the system.

You can filter your Extended Tracker Report by “Event Type”. You can select either one or multiple event types by holding “ctrl” key. To see all events, please use “All Events” options in the menu.

 

If you want to see events only for particular user please select it in the second “User” menu. Please hold "Ctrl" key to select multiple users. To see events for all users please use “All Users” option.

 

The Period drop-down allows you to set a period for the report.

 

 

The “Description Has Words” option allows you to fine-tune your report and only see events/notes with specific words. For example, you can use campaign name to see statistic for a particular campaign; or you can look up all records that are most likely “ready to go” by simply entering “ready”.
