The Lead Conversion Report details your
conversion ratios by cross referencing each employee, lead source, and pipeline
stages. For example, suppose you wanted to track how successful each person was
at converting leads that came from your website, this report will show you how
many each person received as well as where those leads ended up (e.g., what
percent of those leads are now prospects, cancelled, closed, etc.).
To access this report click on Lead
Conversion Report link at the Reports tab.

Once you click on the
Lead Conversion Report link, the system will ask you to choose which lead
sources you want to report on. To do this, simply check the box to the left of
each lead source and click on the Select & Continue button. The lead
sources available here include any value that is put in the source field on
your client files in the system:

The next screen will
allow you to choose users you want to include on this report as well as the
pipeline sequences you want to include. The pipeline stages you want to
view:

Once you make these
selections, the system will generate the report. The first column along the top
will show you each person the report includes. Then the report will include the
total number of leads each person received by lead source and how many leads
are now in each stage of the pipeline. The far right and bottom will give you
complete details based on all the people included in the report. You can also
change the dates and print the report by using the options at the top of the
page.
