Productivity Report
The Office
Productivity Report shows how productive your employees are with the leads they
are assigned. This report details the total number of assignment attempts, the
actual number of leads accepted, the amount of time it takes to accept a lead,
and the number of campaigns / log entries made for each lead.
To access this
report click on Office Productivity Report link under the Reports tab.

Once
you select the report, check the boxes next to the employees you want to
generate the report for and click on the Select & Continue button:

This will generate the
report. On the top you will notice a detail of the report and the bottom of the
page will display a graph. The top of the report has the names of each
employee followed by several columns. The columns detail:
- Assigned: This
shows the total number of assignment attempts for each employee
- Accepted: This
shows the total number of leads that each person accepted. This may vary
from the number of assigned leads because the leads may have been
re-assigned, denied, or assigned from that person's account to another
account
- Cancelled: This
shows the number of assignment attempts that were denied or re-assigned,
in other words these leads were never accepted by the person
- Avg Wait: This
shows the average number of minutes it takes each person to accept their
leads
- Avg touch: This
shows the average number of manual actions that are taken for each lead;
this includes log entries, manual emails, etc.
- Avg
campaigns: This shows the average number of marketing
campaigns that are running for each lead.
Using the controls at the
top of the page, you can change the date ranges for this report, change which
column appears on the graph, and print the reports. If you would like to change
your lead distribution rules based on the information in this report, click on
the Options Tab and click on the Automatic Lead Distribution link.
