Partner Portal – Property Sites

 

BNTouch provides you and your partners a resource to create a shareable website for property sites as well as a printed brochure.

From the Partner Portal choose the tab for Property Sites.

 

Choose the Add New Property Site option.

 

Start adding the basic property information. The URL field is used to create a shareable property URL so make sure there are no spaces in that field. Once done filling in this information choose Add Property and Proceed to Images Upload.

Choose Browse to upload up to 5 photos of the property. Once the photos are chosen click the Add Selected Files button.

After the pictures are uploaded you can delete and upload another image and change the order of the images.

When you have the images that you would like choose the Property Features option.

 

The next dialog has you choose the features of the property. Checkmark the box next to the features this property provides and use the Add to List option to add custom features. Once done click the Update Property Features option.

The features are then updated and you can Preview your website and flyer.

Clicking on Print Brochure will open a printable brochure page. To see various layout options hover your mouse over the Select Layout option and click on the different Layout options.

 

Once you have sites created you have the option to Modify and Delete from the Partner Portal’s Property Site tab. You can also launch each property site from this view and add new property sites.
