The ROI report will show you what your
return on investment is for each lead source you are distributing leads from.
For example, if you purchase and distribute leads from BNTouch,
there is a particular cost for each lead as well as a predicted return based on
the size on the transaction. This report will give you stats based on each lead
source so you can quickly identify which sources are the most profitable.
To access this report click on “Return On Investment (ROI) Report” link under the Reports tab.

At the bottom of the page, you have to identify which
field in your account tracks the sale amount. This can be the sale amount, loan
amount, or whatever field it is that tracks the size of the transaction.
In the field below, you will have to enter your profit
margin as a decimal.
For example, if you make 10% off each transaction,
then enter the equation to the right of the meta tag:
* 0.02
(Be sure to enter the multiplication sign ' * ' as
well as the margin as a proper decimal 0.02
Once you do this, click on the button to continue and
view your report:

The report will show you
the total number of leads assigned by source and how many of those leads
converted to sales. The columns will also detail the total amount of revenue
you've collected from each source and your ROI on each source.
You can use the controls at the top of the
report to change the date ranges, print the report, and change how the report
is graphed.
